Amy Levine

Amy Levine is Legislative Counsel to Congressman Rick Boucher, handling communications, technology, and intellectual property issues for Mr. Boucher's work on the Telecommunications and the Internet Subcommittee of the Energy and Commerce Committee and the Courts, the Internet and Intellectual Property Subcommittee of the Judiciary Committee. She also assists with Mr. Boucher's Internet Caucus activities.

Before working for Mr. Boucher, Amy practiced communications and media law as an associate at Covington & Burling. Amy received her Juris Doctor at Yale Law School and has a bachelor's degree in political science and international studies from Yale University. Prior to joining Covington & Burling, Amy clerked for Chief Judge Jerry Buchmeyer in the Northern District of Texas, and she previously served on the staff of former Senator J. Bennett Johnston.
