David Schellhase
David Schellhase is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of salesforce.com, inc. He joined salesforce.com in 2002 as its sole lawyer and now leads a team of twenty professionals. David is the author of The Corporate Law Department Handbook (Thomson, 2002). He has served as general counsel of three other technology companies: The Vantive Corporation, Linuxcare, Inc. and Premenos Technology Corp. He was also a member of the law department at Oracle Corporation and began his legal career in 1990 as a corporate and securities associate with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. David graduated from Cornell Law School and has a B.A. from Columbia University.
