Jason Cervenak
Senior Counsel, House Judiciary Committee
Jason Cervenak currently serves as a Senior Counsel on the House Judiciary Committee. In that capacity he advises Chairman Goodlatte and Judiciary Committee members on matters related to crime, law enforcement, cybersecurity, immigration, privacy issues, and constitutional law. He previously served as a Legislative Fellow in Chairman Goodlatte's personal office. Prior to that, he was Deputy Chief of Staff for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. Jason has also previously served as a counsel for three years each on the House Judiciary Committee and the House Science Committee. Earlier in his career, Jason was the Director of Intellectual Property and Industrial Security for Aerospace Industries Association. He received his BA from James Madison University and his JD from the College of William and Mary School of Law.
