Jeremy D. Rossen

Vice President & General Counsel, Helio

As General Counsel, Jeremy is responsible for managing HELIO's legal team and advising the company's board and management on legal and corporate governance matters.

Before joining HELIO, Jeremy served in various roles at Somera Communications, Inc., a telecommunications equipment company, from September 2000 until December 2005, most recently serving as Vice President, Corporate Development & General Counsel. Prior to that, Jeremy was Senior Corporate Counsel for RealNames Corporation, an Internet company, from September 1999 to September 2000. From August 1996 to September 1999, Jeremy served as a corporate and securities associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, a law firm specializing in serving the technology and growth business sector.

Jeremy holds a B.A. in Economics (magna cum laude) and a J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Gina, and three young sons, Zachary, Asher and Micah.
