Sean Kane

Sean Kane has represented leading consumer product and service companies, individuals, and a variety of large and small businesses in a broad range of commercial litigations and regulatory matters with particular emphasis on intellectual property, advertising and e-commerce related claims. Sean also maintains a general corporate and securities practice representing a wide variety and diversity of clients including emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. In addition to his experience in business transactions, Sean also has significant experience in traditional commercial real estate transactions, such as property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and project financings. He is a graduate of Villanova University (1995) and Fordham University School of Law (1998).
