On Wednesday February 9, 2005, The Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee (ICAC) hosted its eighth annual Reception and Technology Fair to kick off its 2005 program of educational events. Hosted in conjunction with the Internet Caucus Co-Chairs, this annual tech fair brings cutting-edge technology demonstrations to Capitol Hill that illustrate the power and flexibility of the Internet as medium for communications, commerce, and democracy. Hands-on demonstrations helped to illustrate some of the pressing policy issues that face Congress -- many of which were addressed at our full-day State of the Net Conference which preceded this year's Tech Fair.

This year over 700 people attended the Kickoff, including Members of Congress, Congressional staff, press and representatives from the FCC, DoC, FTC and private sector organizations.

Review the list of demonstrators that presented at this year's event.
