Congressman Bob Goodlatte, Co-Chair of the Congressional Internet Caucus, chaired an international Internet policy discussion between Members of Congress and Members of the European Parliament, including Erika Mann (German MEP) and Malcolm Harbour (British MEP). Discussion topics included issues related to intellectual property, Internet governance, Net Neutrality, and patents.
