Internet Caucus Advisory Committee Announces Educational Programming Available Via Podcast
ICAC Will Podcast Audio from Internet Caucus Events
Washington, DC - The Internet Caucus Advisory Committee (ICAC) announced that it will provide audio feeds, a.k.a. podcasts,
of its educational panel events on its Web site and through Apple iTunes. The audio feeds will be added to the extensive catalogue of video (Web casts) and audio from Internet Caucus educational initiatives already available. The free subscription service will automatically upload MP3 versions of Caucus panel discussions to a subscriber's portable music player or computer as soon as they are available on the ICAC Web site. The Internet Caucus Advisory Committee works in conjunction with the Congressional Internet Caucus and its Co-chairs to educate policymakers on Internet-related issues. Advisory Committee membership includes a broad cross section of organizations from the Internet community, including industry groups, trade organizations, the private sector, non-profits, academics, and public interest groups. The diversity of ICAC membership assures that its events and initiatives are both balanced and substantive. The ICAC yearly program includes panel discussions, webmaster workshops, speakers series addresses and technology demonstrations.
